Personal Training Packages – 2020

Outdoor exercise is classed as an essential activity and we take pride in making sure you stay safe and healthy in 2020. We are proud to say that we have been caring for all sectors of the community with over 11 years experience with health and fitness. Your personal trainer, Shona Stephenson is a Fitness Australia Level 3 Personal Trainer with over 11 years of experience with helping people just like you improve your quality of life and reach your fitness goals in 2020. 

Exercise, especially outdoor exercise is safe and extremely beneficial for your mind, body and soul.

We design the sessions around you, your ability and your fitness goals, so let us know what you want from the session and we will work with you to make sure you get the most from your mind and body at every sessions.

Our goal is to teach you how to exercise safely so you can keep exercising and achieving your goals longer.

We want to help you become your best you.

We believe in a holistic approach to Health, Fitness, Nutrition, Athletic Gain and Weight-loss.

We have the following 2020 COVID19 Safe packages to offer;

  • One on One Personal Training
  • Couples (from the same household) Training
  • Family (from the same household)  Training

Every Client at Outdoor PT Brisbane will receive the following when they purchase a 10 session package;

  • Postural Analysis
  • 10 Week Individually Designed Program to fit around your schedule, including your strength and stretching training, written into your cardio program, with the focus on prevention of injuries. 
  • 2 Week Meal Planner Designed around your dietary Needs (Gluten Free, Vegan, Vegetarian, Paleo Clients are catered for)
  • Postural Analysis
  • On going Mentoring and support until your weight loss, sporting or fitness goal is reached.

One On One Fitness Package

  • 10 Hourly Session Casual Pass for $750.
  • 10 Hourly Lunch Time 45 Minute Express Package $550
  • 10 One and a Half Hour Sessions  $900
  • You will then receive ongoing hourly discounts when re-purchasing your pass.

Casual Weekly Prices are as Follows;

  • 1 Hour $85
  • 45 Minutes $65 (Lunch time only and off peak times )
  • 90 Minutes $100

Couples Training Package

  • 10 Hourly Session Casual Pass for $900.
  • 10 Hourly Lunch Time 45 Minute Express Package $750
  • 10 One and a Half Hour Sessions  $1200
  • You will then receive ongoing hourly discounts when re-purchasing your pass.

If you are training for a special event like a Park Run 5k, 10k, 14k, 1/2 Marathon, Marathon, Ultra marathon, UTA, UTMF, UTMB, Tarawera, Northburn 100, Oxfam or any other event, Spartan or Adventure Racing we are more than happy to design a program to guide you thought the training that is needed until you compete in your special event. Training Clients for these above events are our passion at Outdoor PT Brisbane. Get the right advise from an elite athlete that is currently competing in the above events.
