Our Sessions

Shona Stephenson is a mobile personal trainer who will meet you in your chosen location.

She trains clients from 4:50am – 8pm Monday to Friday.

All levels are welcome, be it from coach -5km or an ultramarathon runner, or rehabbing an injury or returning from illness, Shona believes that exercise is for everyone and would be happy to help you with your next health and fitness goal.

Your PT

Meet Shona, your PT with over 11 years of experience as a Personal Trainer and Running Coach. She is a Level 3 Personal Trainer, Sports nutritionist, Running Coach, Punchfit Instructor, Bootcamp Trainer, Kids and Older Adults Trainer. She is also a Mum of now 2 teenage girls and a step-son. She’s was an elite gymnast as a child, rep-netball player, and always on the athletics team. She’s now a passionate ultra trail runner with extensive experience in coaching and racing events like Ultra Trail Australia as was ranked 8th in the World on the Ultra Trail World Tour 2014. She’s the current Blackall 100 Record Holder with 10:59:59.
