The Running Group can be as social or as serious and you like. There will always be someone for you to run with who is either out for a chat or really aim for a PB or particular time in a Marathon or event. Right now we are Training for the following;
- Twilight 1/2 Marathon,
- Brisbane Trail Marathon
- GC Marathon
- Coastal High 50
Our Running Groups are designed to prepare you for any event on the calendar. We have the experience and knowledge to get you to the start line and finish line injury free and in your goal time.
Our Running Group is on a 3-4 Week Rotation of the Following;
- Easy Trail Run
- Long Road Run
- Long Trail Run
- 10 Km Time Trial.
We aim to keep you motivated and balanced with great mix up of locations and surfaces every week. Hopefully we will show you some new parts of our beautiful city. Our favourite Locations are;
- Kangaroo Point Cliff Park
- Enoggera Dam
- Boundary Rd D’aguilar National Park
- West End
The best part of the running group is that you will meet other people to run with who are at your pace. You will also make friends and enjoy the social experience of the group. The Running Group is friendly, encouraging and inclusive. It is all about giving it a go and seeing how far you can run on any given day.
Our Running Groups are Currently held on Saturday Mornings at 5:30am.
