Your female personal trainer is experienced in training males, females, couples, children, and small groups.  Shona also a Sports Nutritionist and specialises in weight loss and improving your overall health and well being.

She is a mobile trainer and will come directly to your home, office or favourite park. She will even pick you up from your house and drive you to the park where you’d like to train if you wish. Your female personal trainer believes in giving her clients the best possible service.

Your Female Personal Trainer Brisbane is even known to be amazing with kids too, as she is a mother of two and has over 11 years experience with training Mums with their Bubs and understands how important it is to get you up and moving again post baby.

All of our sessions have been developed with Physiotherapist consultation to make sure you are exercising in the most safe and effective way. We concentrate on building a balanced body by increasing your strength, power, speed, endurance, agility and flexibility.

Your Cert 1V Fully Qualified and Insured Female Personal Trainer Brisbane and Sports Nutritionist will monitor your form and technique though out the session.
