Eating Clean Salad

Clean Eating is the key to optimum performance and sustainable weight loss.

Eating Clean Salad Recipe Served 1

1/2 a Bunch of Coriander or Basil Roughly Chopped

1 Knob of Ginger Grated

1 Small Red Onion Chopped finely

1/4 Capsicum Sliced

1/2 Cup of Almonds Chopped

3 Medium Sized Mushrooms Chopped

1/2 a Lime Squeezed

Dried Chilly to Taste

1/2 Avocado Sliced

1 Tablespoon of Flaxseed Oil

Place Ginger, Onion and Lime in a bowl and stir to until ginger turns pink. Toss in coriander, capsicum or basil, mushrooms, toss together and drizzle with Flaxseed oil and top with avocado.
